Terms & conditions

1. CANCELLATIONS
1.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing, by email to info@neorestaurant.co.uk. Cancellations by other means cannot be accepted.
1.2 For bookings for up to 6 people, our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Any cancellation within 24 hours or in the case of a no show, will incur a cover charge of £24.99 per person to the card provided.
1.3 For parties over 6 or more where the non refundable deposit has been paid, the non refundable deposit can be used within the next 6 months starting from the original booking date. (Maximum of 2 deferrals per year)
1.4 For private dining room, please see paragraph 2.5

2. DEPOSITS
2.1 For parties of 6 to 25 we require upon reservation a £15pp, for large parties over 25 we require a £20pp non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
2.2 Our reservation system will automatically send out a secure payment link via email or charge a £15pp/£20pp deposit within 24-48 hours after making an online reservation for groups of 6 people or more in order to secure the booking.
2.3 In case the deposit cannot be charged to the card provided or not paid via the secure payment link, the system will automatically cancel the booking. The deposit will be taken off your final bill.
2.4 In case of any cancellation for up to 12 people, the non-refundable deposit can be used within the next 6 months starting from the original booking date. For parties of over 12 the deposit can be used within the next 3 months starting from the original booking date. (Maximum of 2 deferrals per year)
2.5 Private dining room deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable.
2.6 Private room hire fee is required up on reservation

3. PRE-ORDERS
3.1 For parties of 8 or more, we require a food pre-order of everyone’s choices.
3.2 Food pre-orders to be provided by at least 3 working days prior to arrival.
3.3 Please send your pre-order by email to info@neorestaurant.co.uk. Our a la carte menu is available on our website.
3.4 For parties of 14 or more, food pre-orders to be provided at least 5 working days prior to arrival, from our specially selected set menu.

4. ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when pre-ordering meals, otherwise we cannot guarantee the chosen dish will be suitable, and you may be charged the full cost of a replacement meal in addition to the meal pre-ordered.

5. CHRISTMAS PARTIES5.1 For Christmas festive menu lunch parties, we require a £20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per person to confirm bookings.5.2 For Christmas festive dinner menu parties, we require a £25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per person to confirm bookings.5.3 Final numbers and full pre-payment for all pre-ordered items are due 10 working days prior to your event.5.4 When a pre-order has been made, any cancellations within 5 working days will incur a charge for the full cost of the ordered meal/s. 6. SPECIAL OCCASIONS6.1 For any special occasion (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve), we do require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £35 per person at the time of booking.6.2 On the above specified dates, the cancellation policy is 14 days at our discretion.6.3 Pre-order is required for Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & Valentine’s Day menus 10 working days prior to arrival.

7. PRICES & MENUS
7.1 All prices in our menus include VAT.
7.2 Menus are subject to availability and to change at short or without notice.
7.3 A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill. We therefore ensure that all of the service charge goes to the staff at NEO Restaurant. The service charge is split between all the areas, bar, hostess, waiters and kitchen staff, rewarding the whole team.
7.4 Prix Fixe Menu – is based on seasonality and may change daily. Valid for up to 14 covers per booking only (for larger groups, tailor made set menus available).
This menu is not available during:
4th-8th Nov 2024
24th-26th Dec 2024
31st Dec 2024 – 1st Jan 2025
7.4.1 From 2nd to 23rd December, our festive midweek prix fixe menu (£27pp for 2 courses) will replace the regular midweek prix fixe menu. Available lunchtimes Monday to Friday 12–2:30pm, and early dinners Monday to Thursday 5–6pm (last booking 5:30pm). Maximum 12 guests per reservation.
7.5 Sunday Prix Fixe Menus – is based on seasonality and may change every Sunday. Valid for up to 14 covers per booking only (for larger groups, tailor made set menus available).
This menu is not available during:
Mother’s Day and Easter Sunday, 5th and 26th May, 25th August 2024
7.5.1 From 1st to 22nd December, our festive Sunday prix fixe menu (£29pp for 2 courses) will replace the regular Sunday prix fixe menu. Available Sundays 12-2.30pm, 5-6pm. Maximum 12 guests per reservation.
7.6 Afternoon Tea Menu is not available during Graduation Week (November 2024)
7.7 Mothers Day, 10th March 2024 we offer a Contemporary Champagne Afternoon Tea, for non drinkers a Bramble Mocktail (£35.00pp)

8. PETS
8.1 Whilst we love our furry friends, we are sorry that with exception of guide dogs & assistance dogs, NEO operates a NO DOGS ALLOWED policy. All areas operate food service and this is in consideration of all our guests.

9. SMOKING
9.1 No smoking, vaping or use of any kind of electric cigarette allowed on the terrace. Please use the designated smoking area.

10. TABLE DECORATIONS
10.1 NO confetti, glitter or any materials that require extra cleaning is allowed in or outside of the premises.

11. DRESS CODE
11.1 Please note that NEO operates a dress code. Smart casual dress is required for all indoor dining and cocktail bar.

12. CARD DETAILS
12.1 Card details are required for deposits as well as a security against loss of business due to customers failing to honour their booking.
12.2 If no deposit is required for the booking nothing will be charged to your card unless you fail to give the required hours’ notice of a cancellation (see cancellation policy).
12.3 We request that you notify us of any changes to the numbers in your party, failure to do so may result in a cover charge (see cancellation policy).

13. ACCESSIBILITY
13.1 Please note that NEO has no access to the upper floor via a passenger lift. We will always try to accommodate anyone with walking difficulties or wheelchair users on the ground floor or terrace when possible.

14. GIFT CARDS / BLACK FRIDAY GIFT CARDS
14.1 Can be bought online and posted to you by Royal Mail 1st class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
14.2 Can also be collected within our restaurant from the host desk, after 72 hours of purchase.
14.3 Are valid for 6 months after date of purchase, expires automatically and cannot be extended for any reason
14.4 Have no cash value and cannot be swapped for cash.
14.5 Please quote the your unique reference number as well as your gift card number up on reservation.
14.6 BLACK FRIDAY 2023 gift cards are only valid for use between 2 January to 31 March 2024, excluding Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day 2024. Cannot be used with conjunctions with any other deals or promotions.

14.8 NEO Restaurant takes no liability for lost postage by Royal Mail. All posts are 1st class signed for.
14.9 NEO Gift Cards are non-refundable.

15. ELITE DINING CLUB
15.1 Benefits:
15.1.1 Complimentary bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne on your birthday month/s (the cardholder/s) (Valid when you dine in our restaurant with a reservation and order from our a la carte menu).
15.1.2 Indulge in our 2 for £20 cocktails any time of the day Sunday to Friday.
15.1.3 Priority sea view tables on your visits (first booked, first served basis for NEO’s Elite Dining Club Members).
15.1.4 Generous 20% off the A la carte menu main courses, Sunday to Friday (Steaks & Lobster Excluded).
15.1.5 Indulge in our afternoon tea menu with a fantastic 20% discount.
15.1.6 Enjoy a complimentary daily coffee or any non-alcoholic hot drink in our sophisticated lounge bar 12-5pm Sunday to Friday.
15.1.7 Receive 20% off any of our artisan desserts should you wish to indulge in some sweets with your complimentary coffee, 12-3pm Sunday to Friday in our lounge bar.
15.1.8 Complimentary tickets for our live shows when booking the A la carte menu, GOLD Membership up to 2 free tickets per show, PLATINUM membership up to 3 free tickets per show and DIAMOND Membership up to 4 free tickets per show. Tickets are complimentary and cannot be accumulated from previous shows/events and cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything else (Standard NEO Booking T&Cs apply).
15.1.8.1 OR receive 10% off the four-course live show set menu: GOLD membership applies for 1 guest, PLATINUM membership for up to 2 guests, and DIAMOND membership for up to 4 guests. (Standard NEO Booking T&Cs apply).

15.2 Elite Dining Club Cards will be issued upon receipt of membership payment and will be posted to you free of charge once the membership has been created. Alternatively, they can be collected in person at the host desk after 48 hours. Each card will be linked to your NEO customer profile.
15.3 When using your Elite Dining Club Card, please ensure it is presented to your server before requesting the bill. Without the Elite Dining Club Card present, the benefits cannot be applied.
15.4 When making a reservation with your Elite Dining Club card, please use the email address and phone number linked to your NEO customer profile.
15.5 Gold Membership offers 12 months of benefits for only £199. This membership is valid for one person, the cardholder, and is linked to a unique membership number and your NEO customer profile. One card will be issued benefits will be applied for one cover only.
15.6 Platinum Membership provides 12 months of benefits for just £299. This membership is valid for two people: the cardholder and a named person, both linked to a unique membership number and your NEO customer profile.
Two cards will be issued, benefits will be applied up to 2 covers per visit/card.
15.7 Diamond Membership, priced at £499 for 12 months, offers benefits for up to four people: the cardholder and three named individuals. Each member is linked to the same unique membership number and your NEO customer profile.
Four cards will be issued, benefits will be applied up to 4 covers per visit/card.
15.8 NEO’s Elite Dining Club membership cards are valid for the cardholder and named persons only, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be passed on or resold.
