NEO VIP CLUB REWARDS

If you’re lucky enough to have a NEO VIP card then you will be entitled to special offers and ‘Spend & Reward’ points every time you dine with us.

If you don’t have a NEO VIP card yet and you wish to get one, please ask our management team and we will be more than happy to set one up for you.

Alternatively you can send an email to info@neorestaurant.co.uk with your full name, address and contact details. We will let you know once it’s ready for collection.

Earn as you dine

To thank you for dining with us we’ll give you points every time you spend with us. For every £1 you spend, you will earn 1 point. These points will become monetary rewards that you can use against future experiences with us. As you collect points you will be able to redeem these in the NEO Restaurant or Cocktail Bar.

Exclusive offers

As a NEO VIP card holder, you’ll be entitled to regular exclusive offers and event promotions.

We’ll load these on to your card for you to redeem in venue.

Here are a few little T&C’s for our VIP card.

1. You must present your VIP card before paying to collect points on your bill as these cannot be added after you have paid.
2. Each VIP Club Card is valid for one person only and cannot be used by any person other than the Member whose name appears on the VIP Club Reward Card.
3. VIP membership is personal and cannot be passed to another person.
4. VIP cards points can only be generated for parties 8 or under. Any party sizes over this amount will not accumulate any points.
5. Only one VIP card holder can collect points for the bill.
6. To redeem any collected points please present your card before paying the bill as points cannot be taken off the bill after payment.
7. VIP points can only be used for food and drink purchases and cannot be given in cash.
